I will be discussing what oncology massage is and what it isn’t, as well as answer some other common questions about:

• Can I actually massage someone who is going through treatment? We will touch on chemotherapy and radiotherapy. 
• How to talk to cancer patients, dealing with that difficult conversation when they are advised they only have a short time to live
• It’s a brilliant and rewarding specialism but it is common for caring therapists to find themselves suffering from burnout, I will discuss some prevention strategies
